Tana Weingartner, WVXU reporter, interviewed members of the project team and produced this story on the challenges faced by the architects, contractors and logisitical challenges faced by the Cincinnati Museum Center.

In The News: Cincinnati Union Terminal Restoration and Renovation Completed November 2019

FMPS served as Owner's Representative on the renovation of this historic Cincinnati icon. For extensive infomation about the project including all the progress reports please click on the link below. You will also be able to read about the studies and campaign that led to the successful county-wide temporary sales tax initiative that provided $175 million of the total $228 million project cost. Despite encountering a major structural problem in the middle of the project that took 4 months and added over $2.5 million to the cost, the project was completed on schedule and within the original funding provided.

In The News: "Epic CPS School Overhaul Near End".

Cincinnati Enquirer reporter Jessica Brown wrote an article heralding the conclusion of the Cincinnati Public Schools' Facilities Master Plan that was published December 30, 2013.  "The enormous $1.5 billion construction project began more than a decade ago to overhaul the district's aging buildings....the biggest construction project in the city's history, outpacing in cost, in timeframe, and in bricks and mortar the Red's and Bengal's stadiums, he Horeshoe Casino, the Duke Energy Convention Center and Newport on the Levee."
